The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items marked as “Final Sale”.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Uh Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.
If your return is approved, we offer the following refund options:
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Uh Store and does not expire.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@uhstore.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uhstore.com.
